The Aegean Sea is a body of water that separates the two countries of Greece (in Europe and Turkey (in Asia). The Sea of Marmara is to the north and the Mediterranean Sea is to the south.
H.A.R.M. had a secret Underwater Base located somewhere in the Aegean Sea. It was here that they were working on some of the Project Omega subjects.

- In No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way, Cate Archer mentions that the Island of Khios is in the Sea of Marmara. It is actually located in the Aegean Sea.
