Marvin and his partner interrogating Jack, while being question via phone by Louie Franco
Marvin was a gangster and a member of the Franco Syndicate. He and his partner had captured John Jack who they had tied up to a chair in an flat above The Drunken Scotsman. After a short telephone call from Louie Franco, telling him that his going to "retire early" at the hands of his two thugs, the game starts. Marvin was tasked with bringing the Chainsaw that was going to be used on Jack.
- When John frees him self from his restrains, he kills Marvin's partner and it's up to a player to decide Marvin's fate.
